Before we act
Share the channel or bot link, specific message links where available, your original page and a short explanation of the problem. Tell us about prior reports and authorized reposts. Never send passwords, login codes or unnecessary private media.
We review access, evidence and your authority to request action, then explain the proposed targets, work and price before paid work begins. A channel link alone does not establish grounds to remove every post.
Once cooperation starts, your private portal shows recorded targets, actions, responses and unresolved items as the case record is updated. Submitted, unavailable and confirmed removed are different states.
We assess the specific content and conduct supported by evidence. Removing one post and restricting a channel are different outcomes; Telegram decides what action to take. We do not sell a guaranteed channel ban.
Telegram’s copyright FAQ distinguishes public content from private groups and chats, for which it says it does not process requests. We assess what can lawfully be verified and explain gaps; we do not bypass access restrictions.
It can provide context, but may not identify a live target. Include the visible username, date and any known link, with unrelated personal details redacted. We will explain what else is needed before reporting.
For copyright action, we review the original work, your rights and authorization to act. For impersonation or another issue, the evidence and reporting route differ. A disliked allegation alone is not proof of copyright infringement.
We retain its status and assess the response, additional evidence or another supported route. We do not mark a pending report as a removal. Recurring monitoring is a separate agreed scope.

Capture public links, channel context, message identifiers, dates, media type, copied captions, and the ownership evidence relevant to each target.
Map operators, aliases, linked channels, bot delivery, invite paths, mirrors, and repeat sources instead of treating one visible post as the whole network.
Choose the route supported by accurate ownership, authorization, policy context, and accessible evidence. One generic complaint is not suitable for every case.
Record whether a post, channel, bot, or invite remains publicly reachable, becomes restricted, changes, moves, or requires further monitoring.

Document identifiers, URLs, visible context, publication state, ownership, and redacted screenshots without republishing sensitive media.
Separate channels, posts, bots, invite links, mirrors, public access, and unavailable/private paths so every route remains auditable.
Use accurate copyright, impersonation, privacy, or other applicable platform routes and preserve the submission context for follow-up.
Verify public outcomes and continue tracking aliases, successor channels, reposts, and linked distribution sources when monitoring is in scope.
Practical limits
Private groups, expired invites, deleted messages, and inaccessible bots can limit independent verification. Client-supplied evidence may need additional validation.
A confirmed action against one target does not prevent migration. Monitoring and rapid evidence capture matter when operators recreate channels or mirrors.
Eligibility and timing depend on evidence, ownership, platform policy, access state, operator behavior, and review. Rightsignal cannot guarantee universal removal.
