Service scope
Rightsignal provides copyright enforcement operations: intake review, evidence organization, takedown preparation, platform reporting, monitoring, and status reporting.
The service may include copyright notices, platform reports, host complaints, search removal requests, impersonation reports, follow-ups, and monitoring summaries depending on the agreed scope.
Authorization
You must own, control, or be authorized to act for any material submitted to Rightsignal. You must not submit false, abusive, misleading, or knowingly invalid takedown requests.
By submitting a request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that Rightsignal may use it to review and prepare enforcement actions.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate target links, ownership context, and known authorized uses.
- Disclose licenses, collaborators, partners, or accounts that should not be reported.
- Respond to evidence questions before a notice or report is submitted.
- Do not request bad-faith reports, harassment, competitive abuse, or false claims.
No legal advice
Rightsignal is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. For legal strategy, litigation, counter-notices, or jurisdiction-specific legal questions, consult a qualified lawyer.
No guaranteed removal
Outcomes depend on platform rules, host response, available evidence, jurisdiction, repeat abuse behavior, counter-notices, and third-party decisions. Rightsignal cannot guarantee removal.
Counter-notices and disputes
A reported party may dispute a notice or file a counter-notice. Rightsignal can document the event and support operational follow-up, but formal legal disputes should be handled by a lawyer.
Payments
During the launch period, payment may be handled by invoice or payment request through a third-party payment service. Final scope and price are confirmed before paid work begins.
Work begins after payment confirmation unless a separate written arrangement is agreed. Payment provider fees, currency conversion, and transfer availability depend on the selected provider.
Suspension or refusal
Rightsignal may refuse or stop work if a request appears false, abusive, unsafe, illegal, outside scope, unsupported by evidence, or likely to create improper third-party harm.
